1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Streamshot ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Streamshot is a desktop application designed to enhance your TikTok live streaming experience. It provides features such as event triggers, overlays, automation tools, and integration with third-party services like Spotify.

3. User Accounts

  • You may sign in using your Google account to access premium features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Each license is valid for one device at a time. You may unbind and rebind devices as needed.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription (Pro version).
  • Payments are processed securely through Paddle.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Share, resell, or distribute your license to others
  • Use the Application to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Application integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Spotify, and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service changes or discontinuations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its code, design, logos, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal or commercial streaming purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR STREAMING OPPORTUNITIES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
