You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from using the software and our support team cannot resolve them
  • The software does not function as described on our website

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date
  • Change of mind after using the software extensively
  • Failure to meet system requirements listed on our website
  • Issues caused by third-party software or user modifications
  • Subscription renewals (please cancel before renewal date)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and email used for purchase
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting our support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
